Ginny Mount School of Dance:
Would you like to offer your child the chance to be involved in a dance (tap, ballet & jazz), or a hip hop dance program? My name is Ginny Mount and I own and operate the Ginny Mount School of Dance located in the building directly next door to the Collierville Christian Academy. The owners and staff of CCA and I have been working together for the past 15 years to offer this service to your children with as little inconvenience to you as possible. I teach preschool students during non-critical times of the day. This does not interfere with their curriculum time, rest time, lunch, etc. I also offer after school age class times beginning once the children arrive from school.

ABC Music & Me - A New Music Enrichment Program created by Kindermusik for 2 to 6 year olds.

SOCCER SHOTS
It's more than soccer. Soccer shots was started over ten years ago by two professional soccer players looking to develop an "intro to soccer" program for children 3-8 years old.
Soccer Shots sessions have been professionally designed and are led by trained Soccer Shots instructors. Each 30-40 minute weekly session is held at Collierville Christian Academy. The primary objective of each session is to creatively introduce your child to the sport of soccer. Character development, physical skills, and fun are guaranteed in this exciting new program.
Each Soccer Shots sessions incorporates the following:
Basic soccer skills / exclusive Soccer Shots games / Word of the day / Use of imagination
Fun fitness activites and exercises / Coordination, balance, and agility development

COMPUTER EXPLORERS:
We are proud to announce that COMPUTER EXPLORERS will be offering technology classes at Collierville Christian Academy starting in February 2011. COMPUTER EXPLORER classes are unlike any other on the market. We are a hands-on technology class. We do not just sit at the computer each week playing games. We provide iPads, digital microscopes, digital movie making, graphic tablets, stylus pens, robotics, Legos, dance mats, and more. Each month, any new computer activities are introduced, including early learning skills, Math, Science, art, graphics, music, puzzles, simple programming, and more. Not only do we teach technology, but we incorporate language classes into our curriculum as well. Your child will learn about culture and basic vocabulary using Spanish, French, Chinese, and Japanese.
COMPUTER EXPLORERS curriculum is written by educators, for educators to use with young children. Our technology classes reinforce academic readiness skills: Math, Science, Reading, Language Arts, Music, Art, and Technology skills. They will learn these skills while learning to use a laptop computer, as well as robotic and engineering programming, digital microscopes and binoculars, graphic art tablets, create slideshow presentations, podcasting, digital photography/video and more. We also use our Around the World curriculum and combine technology to foster an appreciation for other languages and cultures.
