NEWS FROM MS. LORI'S KITCHEN

I would like to take this time to introduce myself and tell you a little about my plans . I’m Lori and I have had the pleasure of running the kitchen at CCA almost a year now. I have been in the food industry 20 years plus and I have to say this is my passion, teaching your children the importance of making healthy and nutritional choices and implementing them into there lunches and snacks. We as parents need to model good behavior and make wise choices ourselves so we create a good foundation and form life long eating habits. Give your kids the gift of nutritious sustenance.

   We are in the stages of planting a vegetable and herb garden. I’m so pumped about teaching the food chain and getting to play in the dirt with the children. My plans are to start planting the beginning of April .
